Lately many of the people are interested to join MLM companies that reaches global markets. But this is not actually a guarantee that the company is able to promise a great success for them.
We found most MLM companies choose to sell their products 100% online with a single office in the country of origin registered companies. The companies had no plans to open branch offices or their authorized stockist in countries outside of their home country. They operates 100% in e-commerce and all the member registration, purchase and delivery of the product made online.
The merit of this option allows the companies to save money on many things, especially in terms of cost savings for creating a branch office abroad. However, past experience shows these companies, those marketing of physical products difficult to ensure that their products are 100% hand overed to the hands of their buyer or members (this does not involve the marketing of digital products).
Delivery of products via post by the company to international markets does not warrant that every purchaser or member will receive their products. There are many cases where many buyers and members do not get their orders after payment is made. In fact, many cases of products reach the hands of the buyer only after waiting for so long (there are cases that take more than a month). This situation often occurs in the country, especially the Asian countries where the postal system is not enough efisyien, also due to other obstacles related to the legislation of a country often associated with the customs department.
This phenomenon has actually retarded the development of the company. Buyer or members who do not get their orders tend to be parasitic, killing potential of this company when they share their experiences openly with others. For this reason it is extremely rare nature of such a company can achieve memontum in certain markets.
Past experience has shown that there is among some members of the company's facing difficulties to dilute their sales commissions due to a processor which appointed by the company is not transparent in providing commissions to members. Many members who only able to see their commissions in the third party processor website, but they could not proceed with withdrawal (author experienced this problem with some processor in Canada which allegedly by the MLM company as one of the best processor ).
There is a tendency in which the processor give priority to local customers but prefer to ignore customers who are outside or away from the country where the company is registered. There is also a tendency for this processor to manipulate their customers. When contacted .. the reason given is that their accounts frozen pending an investigation and the problem will be completed within a certain period. ( But eventually the money belonging to the customer just simply melt ).
For this reason if you want to choose a MLM company and hope to build a career or get lucrative income, better avoid MLM companies with such characteristics. These kind of companies are not able to guarantee that you will get your rights accordingly. You can not very dependent on the companies or third-party processor to pay you commission accordingly. In the situation of commissions not too much they tend to manipulate the money that is belong to their customer, what if the amount involved is much greater and lucrative?.
So you are only advised to deal with MLM companies that is clear, transparent and legally operate in every market in the country which they operate. Focus on MLM companies that not only offers an attractive or simple marketing plan, solid background company with an experienced management team, and even the company's mission and vision should have expressly stated. I received an email asking when Furchange will launch Hong Kong and Thailand market. Perhaps the both email senders are looking forward for Furchange to enter their respective countries. But according to what is stated in the corporate and Furchange America Inc.website, the company will be in 30 countries by the end of 2012 and fully operating in these countries by the end of 2013. First time I heard about MLM Furchange America was a few months ago in Jakarta, Indonesia. I'm not so interested at that time even though their compensation plan and company background quit good. This is because I think this company does not inovative enough, selling old products which were available in the market many years ago. How could a new company like this want to penetrate the global market with such kind of products. Then I forget about them.
However, a few weeks ago my good friend called to tell about the company plans to explore the Malaysian market. Then I explained to him my views on Furchange. However I was shocked when he states that the products which are distributed by Furchange in the neighboring country is not really a main Furchange core products, but the products is only temporary due to certain reasons. My friend explained that he had met with the management company from which he received an explanation for the actual situation. But I do not intend to comment on what was passed Furchange in the Indonesian market here.
It is became my attitude not easy to accept the story due to my last experience in the world of networking businesses. The opportunity finally came for me to face directly with one of top leadership of Furchange parent company. From the meeting in respect of a leading hotel of Kuala Lumpur, I get a lot of real stories about Furchange. In fact, I became very excited and surprised when we got to know that the company has invested millions of dollars in many countries to provide infrastructure and offices, including in Malaysia, although they have not made any single sales of products or recruit paid members in those countries. Did the owner of this company gone mad?
From there I saw how this company is different compared to other foreign MLM companies. In my country Malaysia, for example or in many other countries, almost all foreign MLM companies took steps, sell products and recruite members online for any a new country markets. The decision to invest in infrastructure and offices only come when they see the positive market response. Those company would only be willing to invest the funds after the number of product sales and membership reaches a certain number.
I see Furchange approach is quite bold and unconventional. But I believe that company management is aware and knowledgeable about what they are doing. In my mind I can feel that their leaders were very confident and serious about the future and the potential of teh company in networking or MLM industry businesses. Only a firm with strong financial that can only take this unusual approach.
Finally I decided to meet with the Malaysia's Furchange management team to get more clear information before making a decision. I got to know that this project has been long planned by Furchange parent company. They had spent three years of study and research on the current world trend of the MLM industry, but also study the advantages and disadvantages of several MLM companies that are leading the market. U.S.A chosen as the right place for the company to explore the whole worldwide market since the products which manufactured in the U.S. is easily accepted in almost all world markets.

I believe the target is realistic for them based on over 16 years of their involvement in Tianshi. So the question of exploring new markets is not a complicating for them.
